Effective December 1, 2003, a fee of $5.00 will be charged in advance
for each item requested from libraries outside of New Jersey.
· Out-of-state interlibrary loans incur long distance telephone
and United States Postal Service costs that in-state loans do not incur.
· Materials returned to out-of-state libraries through the United
States Postal Service incur insurance charges.
